Overall Rating (out of 5):

Less clutter, works like a charm, only uses one port on the house’s main ethernet switch. While wi-fi is fine for some devices if you have fast internet and need to use it in a room away from a router i do not think there is a better solution than this. While waiting for an upgrade for the old xp, this splitter did the job , i was able to use alternately two different modems with one internet connection. It handles its own traffic, so it only passes up to the wireless router what is needed, so it does an incredible job of handling traffic. Have never bought an ethernet switch before and decided to go with it since it was inexpensive.

Product Positives:

  • Think of it as a splitter to allow you to add more devices to your existing router.
  • Definitely a good product and if you need a switch, this is a good one to get.
  • It does not get hotbor overheated like the other ones i’ve used, perfectly fits in my lab.

Product Negatives:

  • As long as u use only one computer at a time you wont notice a difference.
